2 weeks of Bootea πŸƒβ˜•οΈ

Hi everyone! Sorry I am only just posting this, I am currently on holiday and my phone has just got a little bit of signal! So here is the update on Bootea that was meant to be posted last Thursday… 

I’m waving my hands above my head like a school girl because I have lost 2 pounds in two weeks! No scars or marks on my skin, just a much less bloated and healthier me 😊 I can’t say enough how much it has helped with my ibs and digestive problems which is why I would strongly recommend to those with any problems with digestion. 

The morning tea hasn’t woken me up like it claimed it would but then it was competing against my caffeine fix! β˜•οΈI do feel a lot healthier and cleaner and lighter on my feet than most mornings. Basically I feel less like a walrus and more like a woman! 
I haven’t sat on my backside watching TV expecting this to work instead I have combined a healthy eating pattern and 30 minutes of exercise daily. Depending on your eating habits before hand, I can imagine people losing more pounds in two weeks.
I am so used to eating hummus and grapes that I crave them all the time, more than chocolate! 😳 I never thought that would happen! 
I am actually on holiday and have just managed to post this, so I doubt I will have another post for two weeks, however when I am back expect lots of holiday tips and advice πŸ‘
