It’s rare for me at the moment to have any quality ‘me’ time but as we all know it’s one of the little things we need every now and again. As a woman we need this time to be our feminine selves and do the things we want to do. Now most of us will turn into a monster without this time, because we need time to ourselves to relax. Me being one of these people! So today I am sharing with you my ‘me time’ evening tonight.
It’s been a long day at work, I feel generally agitated and everywhere aches. So I decide to have a bath putting in my #lush bath bomb which has the most beautiful smell as I climb into the warm water. It’s quiet and peaceful, I can feel the gentleness of the warm water sweeping my skin. I can only lye here a few minutes as I am far too curious to use my scrub also from #lush. I am suprised when I open the lid, it’s blue! You can use this in the shower/bath or on dry skin and then wash off. There are thousands of grains, it feels rough in my hands. I apply this everywhere before washing it off. Instantly I notice that it is as though I had scrubbed a whole layer of skin off, like a snake shedding its skin! My skin is so smooth. I did have little red bumps on the back of my arms which have now completely disapeered! What a result! I remain lying there surrounded by the beautiful natural smells and feeling the soft soapy water against my skin.
Following the usual hair washing regime with #keratin products I apply the ‘gorgeous’ face moisturiser by Lush. It’s suprisingly thicker than I had expected but glides onto my face well and sinks in almost immediately! Considering I had been using all Lush products I couldn’t stop there! So I gave my body a little more tlc and applied the ‘vanilla dee life’ body lotion. This also suprised me in texture, it was very light and smooth, a little went a long way and it absorbed quickly into my skin.
I lye in my bed amazed by how soft my skin feels. The products contain all natural ingredients and they are against animal testing. Lush can be purchased in stores or online at http://www.lush.com have a look at their products, but beware you may sneeze if you visit the shops!!
